Terms of Service

Rarewxlf Performance

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WolfTrack Performance mobile application ("WolfTrack," "the App," or "the Service") operated by Rarewxlf Performance ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using WolfTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WolfTrack. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data promptly.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
Keep your email address and profile information up to date
Notify us immediately at gowolftrack@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Not share your account with any other person

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

WolfTrack offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans include:

Premium Plan (Athletes): $29.99/month or $287.88/year — unlocks personalized workout plans, smart nutrition planning, advanced performance analytics, and full build tracking.
Team Plan (Coaches): $99/month or $949/year — up to 40 athletes, full team dashboard, personalized plan generation, and performance tracking.
Program Plan (Coaches): $199/month or $1,909/year — unlimited athletes and all Team Plan features.

      Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
      (monthly or annual) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method
      on a recurring basis.
    

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern all payment transactions.

Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at gowolftrack@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days from the date of purchase, unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use WolfTrack for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Upload or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
Use the App to harass, threaten, or intimidate coaches, athletes, or other users
Impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the App
Submit fraudulent test results or falsify performance data

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Coach and Athlete Responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for the content they assign to athletes, including workout plans, playbook materials, depth chart assignments, and feedback. Coaches represent that they have the right to share any content uploaded to WolfTrack and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Athletes are responsible for the accuracy of data they submit, including physical test results, check-ins, and profile information. Submitting false test results to inflate ratings violates these Terms.

7. Educational Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

      WolfTrack provides educational estimates only. Calorie targets, protein recommendations, hydration goals,
      workout intensity suggestions, and performance ratings are starting-point estimates based on publicly
      available sports science data and your profile inputs. They are not medical advice,
      clinical nutrition plans, or professional athletic assessments.
    

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or certified athletic trainer before making significant changes to your training, diet, or recovery regimen. WolfTrack is not liable for outcomes resulting from following app-generated recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

WolfTrack and all content, features, and functionality — including the WolfTrack name, logo, route design library, play diagram system, and app-generated content — are owned by Rarewxlf Performance and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Content you upload (workout proofs, notes, playbook materials) remains yours. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to display it within the App for the purpose of delivering the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

WolfTrack integrates with third-party services including:

Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic — powering personalized workout plan and meal plan generation
Expo / React Native — mobile application runtime
Google Firebase (FCM) — push notification delivery on Android devices
Apple APNs — push notification delivery on iOS devices

Your use of WolfTrack is also subject to the applicable terms of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rarewxlf Performance shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App
Physical injury or health outcomes resulting from following app recommendations
Interruptions or errors in service availability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

WolfTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WolfTrack at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if the App is discontinued. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at gowolftrack@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts, as determined by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
